Case Belcher – Owner / Head Coach
CCFT (L3), USAW L1
Case started his journey in the fitness industry in 2006 as a personal trainer. After receiving a bachelors in business management and marketing, he took a corporate position but continued to coach and train clients as a second job and passion project. Case and his wife Renee opened the doors to their first gym in 2012 and have been working to change the fitness landscape in Southern Indiana and Louisville ever since.
Case holds his CrossFit Level 3 Coaches Certification and other specialty certifications. He still competes in triathlons, running events, and in the sport of CrossFit. He’s passionate about staying on the leading edge of strength and conditioning and helping change Kentuckiana to an area that’s known for strength, fitness, and health.
Renee Belcher – Coach
CF L2, CF Weightlifting
Renee began teaching group fitness classes after college but was looking for something more exciting and well rounded. After discovering CrossFit, she knew she had found her passion and wanted to teach it to others.
Renee considers her athletes her number one priority and is always thinking of ways to improve the experience at Four Barrel. Prior to CrossFit Renee completed multiple marathons, several triathlons, a full Ironman, and lasted all 24 hours at the first-ever World’s Toughest Mudder. She is fully dedicated to the sport of CrossFit and has her eye set on competing at the CrossFit Games Regionals.
Erica Coulter – Coach
B.S. Exercise Science, Precision Nutrition Level 1, CF-L2, USAW-L1
Erica grew up very active and always knew she wanted to do something in the fitness and nutrition industry. After graduating with a bachelor’s in exercise science, she started working at Four Barrel. Getting to work with and coach a wide variety of people, she has seen how fitness and nutrition can play such a vital role in the overall wellbeing of a person.
She holds her CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and other specialty certifications in the wellness field. She enjoys competing in the sport of weightlifting, CrossFit, hiking, cooking up fun recipes, and reading all types of books. She has a passion for helping people build a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition and learn how fun fitness and food can be!
Logan Price – Coach
CCFT (L3), USAW-L2
Logan first found CrossFit in 2012 while still in high school. He was looking for something new after getting bored with the traditional gym routine. He got hooked and never looked back. He got his CF-L1 when he was 17 and started interning shortly after. After doing strictly CrossFit for 2 and a half years, he switched his focus to weightlifting.
Since then, he has obtained his USAW-L2, CF-L2, and competed in over 20 local and national level weightlifting meets. Logan is passionate about not only coaching CrossFit and weightlifting but also helping people reach their goals and having fun while doing so.
Sheri McWilliams – Coach
CF-L2
Sheri is a very energetic and enthusiastic person. Her interest in sports began with running and group fitness. She has been a group fitness instructor for 20+ years. At that time she has taught group cycling, Body Pump, Turbokick, Piyo, and SilverSneakers and has certifications in all of these. At that time she also had an interest in distance running. Sheri has completed 9 marathons from 2007-2013 and even qualified and ran the Boston Marathon in 2013.
Sheri found CrossFit in 2012 and has been hooked ever since. She is one of the charter members of Coach Case’s gym. She received her Level 1 certification in March 0f 2014 and her Level 2 in July of 2017. She was the founding coach of the LeanX program that started in Jan 2014 and has been coaching ever since. She loves her members and is always willing to help them achieve their goals. Sheri is also the office manager and loves her job. She has competed in several CrossFit competitions and has reached the podium multiple times.
Casey Hogan – Coach
CF-L1
Casey is an ardent coach and athlete. In his glory days, he competed in tennis at the highest levels. Casey found success in multiple sports as a youth and was a swimmer/lifeguard for nine years. It was only natural for him to discover Crossfit. He now competes in Crossfit multiple times a year, his favorite competition being the Open.
His current goals are to compete more in Masters’s level events including the Granite Games and get into a weightlifting meet this year. He is an elementary school teacher by day and coach by night. He has coached a number of sports at the high school level. He walked into Four Barrel in 2013 looking to get buff. He has since been a part of the Four Barrel community for six years and fell in love with all forms of fitness. Casey has his L1 and Crossfit Gymnastics certifications and looks to get his L2 within the year. Whether it’s coaching evening Crossfit and LeanX classes or helping people join our community, Casey enjoys helping each member reach their fitness goals.
Mike Losey – Coach
CF-L1
Mike has been coaching CrossFit since the summer of 2017 at Four Barrel CrossFit. He started as an athlete at Four Barrel five years ago. He began his CrossFit journey with his wife as a way to combat some of his own health issues. As he spent time in the Four Barrel community he realized that coaching was something he wanted to pursue.
As an elementary teacher and administrator, coaching CrossFit seemed like a natural fit. He has loved seeing families like his own become part of the Four Barrel community, and work to improve their own health together. He continues to love coaching and programming the Strongman, Family, and KidFit workouts.
Derek Smith – Coach
CF-L2
Mike has been coaching CrossFit since the summer of 2017 at Four Barrel CrossFit. He started as an athlete at Four Barrel five years ago. As he spent time in the Four Barrel community he realized that coaching was something he wanted to pursue.

Trent Mann – Coach
CF-L2
Trent has been involved in training and sports since childhood – from powerlifting, to track and field, to competitive year-round swimming. He found CrossFit and started training at Four Barrel at just 14 years old, and his passion for strength and conditioning grew from there. Trent has been pursuing a career in strength & conditioning since high school, knowing he wanted to be a coach and athlete like the ones that inspired him at Four Barrel.
Trent is a graduate of Saint Xavier High School, a Level 1 CrossFit instructor, has completed Four Barrel’s 160 Hour Advanced Internship Program, and is currently pursuing an Associates Degree to be a physical therapist assistant at Ivy Tech Community College, and still competes in the sport of CrossFit. Trent is passionate about bettering everyone who comes through 4B’s doors, no matter their goals. Seeing others get their first pushup, pull-up, or muscle up makes it all worth it for him. He is driven to help others as his way to give back to the 4B community for all the help that was generously given to him.
