We all have different needs and goals. That’s why at 4B Fit, everyone starts with our On-Ramp Program; six total 1-on-1 sessions to:
- Teach you the fundamentals of movement, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle
- Understand your needs as an athlete
- Help you find the best path to your goals
- Allow you to explore our different programs and options
Our On-Ramp Program Includes:
- 4 getting started personal training sessions
- 1, 60 min buddy class with your coach
- 1, 60 day follow-up personal training session
- A nutrition evaluation with a #4BNutrition Coach
- A week of unlimited classes
During On-Ramp we’ll assess your movement and diet as you learn more about our programs. Throughout this process your coach will help you come up with the post On-Ramp plan that best suits your needs.
