4B Fit’s Youth Strength & Conditioning Program is built to help kids and teens develop lifelong fitness habits in a safe, structured, and fun environment. We combine age-appropriate strength training, athletic conditioning, and character development to help young athletes grow physically and mentally.

Kids: 8-12 years old
Starts June 1st, 2026, and runs through July 24th, 2026. Class times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30 – 3:20pm. Cost – $129 / mo



Teens 13-17 years old.
Runs year round. Class times are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3:30 – 4:25pm. Cost – $129 / mo

Competitive athlete or not, participants will improve their:

… through meticulous programming, proper movement progressions, and detailed technique coaching.

We create an environment that’s fun, challenging, and engaging. Our goals are not only to improve your child’s strength and teach them to move well, but to apply the lessons of challenge and physical culture to their character and everyday life.

  • All classes are lead by one of our professional coaches who work with your child to deliver an effective workout that meets their skill level.
  • We utilize weightlifting and bodyweight / gymnastic movements along with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to improve your child’s athleticism and general physical preparedness.
  • Safe and Fun Environment – We program different workouts each day, and partcipants are taught proper technique on all movements.
  • Athletes and non-athletes welcome – No athletic background is required.
