*You’re photos will not be shared with anyone without your permission and will be deleted after the challenge.
- Take a photo of the front, back, and left side of body
- Include from below knee to top of head in frame
- Take on a solid background
- Take with good lighting
- Plan on taking final pictures with same clothes and in same spot
- Pose – Arms relaxed to side… But smile 🙂
- Wear as little as you’re comfortable with and form fitting clothes so you can see progress
- Email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and “Challenge Pics” in the subject line.
