30 Thrusters (95, 65)
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20)

 

**If you’re redoing 15.4 today. Try to split your sessions and complete the cleans and front squats after 15.4.

    A. 135, 165, 185. 205, 215 power, 225 power, 235 x1 power, 250 pr attempt barely miss.
    B. 205 for all
    C. Done
    D. No rower. Did Helen since it’s nice out. 9:48. Pull-ups were hard to string together not sure why.. May be getting fat
