15 Ground To Shoulder (Heavy)
*Pull mats out of storage and use on blacktop.

    A. Did weightlifting class hit 185 on complex. 185 is my 1rep max
    B. No go
    C. Done tried 53lb but my left side is weaker so I did 35lb
    D. Did lean X class
    E. Done used 145lb stone

    hoped it make it down to 4b this morning, but had to watch the kiddos so did this in my driveway. hamstrings sore today, i think those axle bar deadlifts yesterday are the culprit since i was mainly straight legged.
    A. 135,140,145,150,155,160,165,170fail
    B. 225, 275, 325, 355, 375
    C. no go
    D. only did 3 rounds 10:09 and it killed me
    E. no go, 10 min airdyne cool down
