    did C. only. 45lb barbell curls, and strict ring dips on the high rings.
    hit some skull crushers w/ 55#. legs are obliterated still from pistols monday.

    D: hs holds can’t handstand walk, all pistols
    E: 11:12, no pace, sweet beans!
