Every 2min for 14min:
3 snatch from above knee (pull from blocks)
*Build into a moderate set.

B.
3 Rounds NFT:
8 One Arm DB Row (per arm)
8 Bulgarian Split Squats (per leg)

C.
4 Rounds NFT:
8 Pause Pistols
4-6 Ring MUs
*Pause for 3sec in the bottom of each pistol. Focus on knee out.

D.
10min AMRAP:
5 GTOH (135, 95)
10 Box Jumps (30, 24)
30 DUs

    A: 125, miss 135. Balance
    B: 55,65,75…35 and nuttin squats
    C: all done, went for 5 but could only hit 4 MU each time continuous
    D: 4 + 1.

    Had to the pleasure of training with Ol’ DB today!
    A. jumped 10lbs each set. Worked up to 165
    B. 35lb BSS, 75lb Rows
    C. 6 MUs, 8 Pistols each roux
    D. 5 + 1

    A- 3 sets @ 135, 3 sets @ 155, 1 set @ 165
    B- 70 lb for rows, two 35 lb kbs for split squat
    C- left leg not full depth, right leg no problem
    D- 4 rds- all power snatch
