    A. Just went up to 90%(210) Broke in the new shoes
    B. Up to 110 (5lb off PR)
    C. Up to 215 for 4
    D. 7 c2b in round of 8

    A: 205, miss 215 3 times though felt good
    B: 125, didn’t feel good. 135 PR. 105.
    C: 225 for 5
    D: 8 rnds all. Tapped out on 9.

    A. 155, 175,190, 200, 210, 220, 240 pr attempt.. caught it nice and high, shrug was good, could not get stood all the way up.. next time.
    B. built up to 155, failed 160
    C and D did not do.. saving the legs for tomorrow.
