Every 2min for 14min:
2 Snatches
*Not tap-n-go. Reset after each rep, but don’t take any loner than 5-6 seconds with reset. Jump 5-10 lbs each set to build into a heavy double.

Strict Press

*Last week before deload. Aim for 5lbs heavier compared to last week. 2min rest between sets

Power Snatches (95, 65)
Bar Facing Burpees
*Pace yourself. Break up snatches accordingly and focus on smooth reps. Also, focus on vertical bar path. This is 84 total snatches. If you catapult the bar and wrench your shoulder into the catch position, you’ll pay for it later.
