A.
Every 90sec for 12min:
Snatch Balance X 3
*Build into a moderate set. This is primarily skill work. Focus on speed to the bottom and catching as deep as possible. 

B.
Every 2min for 14min:
Clean Pull + Clean
*Build into a heavy set

C.
Weighted Pull-ups
6,4,2,6,4,2
*feel these out and go as heavy as possible each set. 

D.
Sorensen Test

20 TGUs (10/side)
*bottoms up on kettlebell (AHAP)

E.
7 Rounds:
5 Power Cleans (115, 75)
6 Push Press (115, 75)
7 C2B
*If able to do butterfly C2B, break up as needed in order to maintain butterfly.

    C. 1.5poodx6, 2 pood x 4, 95lb dbell x 2. 1.5pood x 6, 2 pood x 4, tried a 1RM at 115lb fail.. got eye level
    D. Sorensen- hammys were on fire 1:30. didn’t do TGU
    E. 7:56 RX

    A: 135 x 3 felt good
    C: 25,35,53 x2 tested a 70 1rm. Some would say the chin was there, others say it was an inch away.
    All time for today, can’t get in rest of week.
