    didnt have much time so I did this tonight.
    21 deadlifts 225lb, 400 meter run, 18 deads, 400 meter run, 15 deads, 400 meter run, 12 deads, 400 meter run = 14:00
    rest exactly 60 seconds
    21 toe to bar, 4 rope climbs, 18 t2b, 3 climbs, 15 t2b, 2 climbs, 12 t2b, 1 climb= 10:09 <– that wod was hard
    i'll get back on the strength tomorrow i just didnt have time for set work tonight.
