The path to a healthier life starts here!

We all have different needs and goals. That’s why at Four Barrel, everyone starts with our On-Ramp Program – Five total 1-on-1 sessions to:

  • Teach you the fundamentals of movement, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle
  • Understand your needs as an athlete
  • Help you find the best path to your goals
  • Allow you to explore our different programs and options

*On-Ramp not required if coming from another CrossFit gym / program.

Our On-Ramp Program Includes:

  • 4x one-on-one personal training sessions
  • 1x 60 min buddy class with your coach
  • Unlimited classes for remainder of month 1 (after completing your On-Ramp sessions)
  • Select your month-to-month membership after month 1 (No contracts!)

During On-Ramp we’ll assess your movement and diet as you learn more about our programs. Throughout this process your coach will help determine the post On-Ramp path that best suits your needs.
