Humana Vitality at Four Barrel

We are excited to announce that we are a registered gym in the Humana Vitality program. This means that if you are a Humana employee or just have coverage through them, you can earn reward points by attending class at Four Barrel.

How it works:

You will need to fill out and return an enrollment form. (Just ask a coach)
We will enter your workouts into the system at the end of every month.
The system will load the rewards onto your Humana Vitality account.
