*”Linda” is the benchmark WOD this Saturday. Because each athlete will need 3 barbells, classes will be turned into heats, and heats will start every 30 minutes. Use the MindBody online scheduler to signup for a heat. Also, arrive 15min before your heat to warmup and decide the weight you’ll be using on your barbells.
