Travel and Road WODs

Traveling for work or for pleasure? We’ve compiled 20+ CrossFit WODs to keep you busy for weeks on the road.

*Distances can all be relative (e.g. 1 pace = approx’ 1 meter).
*Use objects in as many ways as creativity will allow.

Road WOD 1
For time:
100 Burpees

Road WOD 2
For time:
Run 1 mile
*Stop and do 10 squats every minute on the minute until mile is complete

Road WOD 3
5 Rounds – Each for time:
400m Sprint
Rest 90 seconds between each round

Road WOD 4
2 Rounds:
50 Mountain climbers
40 Situps
30 Burpees
20 Push-ups
10 Rocket Jumps

Road WOD 5
6 Rounds:
10 Push-ups
10 Squats
10 Sit-ups

Road WOD 6
5 Rounds:
Run 200m
10 Squats
10 Push-ups

Road WOD 7
For time:
100 Squats
50 Push-ups

Road WOD 8
For time:
400 meters of broad jump burpees

Road WOD 9
For time:
200 Squats

Road WOD 10
10 Rounds for time:
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats

Road WOD 11
10 min AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
15 Squats

Road WOD 12
21-15-9 of:
Handstand Push-ups
Jumping Lunges

Road WOD 13
5 Rounds:
Max length handstand hold
25 Squats

Road WOD 14
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:
Burpees
Squats

Road WOD 15
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:
Push-ups
Sit-ups

Road WOD 16
12-9-6 of:
Wall walk-ups
Shoot-throughs (use chairs or similar object for shoot throughs

Road WOD 17
8 Rounds of:
8 Pistol Squats (4 per leg)
8 Push-ups

Road WOD 18
4 Consecutive Tabatas:
Squat
Push-up
Sit-up
Burpees

Road WOD 19
Death by burpees & sit-ups
*Complete 1 burpee + 1 sit-ups on minute 1, 2 burpees + 2 sit-ups for minute 2, 3 burpees + 3 sit-ups for minute 3… Until you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute.

Road WOD 20
21-15-9 of:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Squats
*Assuming you’re lucky enough to find an object on which to do pull-ups
