The Tri-Not-To-Hurl-Athon is Sep. 7 at 2pm. Those participating should try to arrive around 1pm in order to set up gear and warm-up. It is a 400m open water swim, 8 mile bike ride, and 2 mile trail/road run. Helmets are required and it is highly suggested that you bring a life jacket if not a seasoned swimmer. This is not a serious competition, so go ahead and bust out the Huffy if that’s what you’ve got.
There’s a $5 registration fee to help with the cost of meat and water provided at the cookout afterwards. Everyone is encouraged to bring a side dish and drinks.
The event is at Case’s Families’ lake – 2516 Speith Rd, Henryville, IN, 47126
