FOUR BARREL CROSSFIT ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Robyn Davis Sekula
Robyn has been a 4BCF member since November. She started on her birthday with the goal of making this the year that she would get stronger and healthier. When she started, she had a CF Total of 165 (strict press 35, squat 45, deadlift 85) and by the end of January she had upped it to 325 (strict press 50, squat 95, deadlift 180). Robyn started eating Paleo on Jan 1, and has seen some amazing results in her body composition and performance. Robyn is also a great advocate for fitness in the community, a mother of three and wants to teach her girls that women can be strong.
