Competiton {1/12/15}

We wrapped up our second athlete camp this weekend. So, we trained Fri, Sat, and Sun at high volume, which means today (Mon 1/12) is a rest/active recover day. For active recovery, complete 20min of an easy row, air dyne, or swim followed by 30min of self-massage and mobility.

If you didn’t attend the athlete camp,  and took a rest day on Sunday, complete the athlete camp WODs from Sunday (below).
