Building Stronger Athletes
Four Barrel’s Athletic Performance Program is designed specifically for developing the high school athlete. Over the past 3 years, we’ve grown our programs from a garage, to a 10,000sq ft facility serving nearly 300 athletes on a weekly basis. Everything we do is hands-on and led by an experienced strength coach.
Iron Shapes Iron
Our gym is different than other gyms. We don’t have ellipticals and treadmills. Instead we use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ploy boxes, medicine balls, pull-up bars, and the human body to build the strongest athletes around.
We’re sticklers when it comes to proper movement and training techniques, and we believe in building leaders, hard workers, and well-rounded athletes who can achieve success in sports and life.
Athletes in our Performance Program can Expect to:
- Build strength, speed, & explosiveness
- Build confidence and mental toughness
- Correct flexibility limitations
- Learn proper movement mechanics
- Develop safe/effective training techniques
- Help prevent future injuries
- Learn basic performance nutrition

Details:
- Program is for athletes 14-18
- Classes take place Mon – Fri, from 3:30pm – 4:30pm
- Pricing – $149/mo for unlimited sessions (no contract)
- Athletes can enroll in the program at anytime
- Athletes are encouraged to attend 3-4 days each week
Meet our Sports Performance Coach
Cory Neel graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Cory was a collegiate wrestler, competing in the 157lb weight class for ONU’s team. Cory now coaches at Four Barrel and is pursuing a masters degree in strength and conditioning . He still trains extremely hard himself, competing in the sports of weightlifting and CrossFit.
