*Can drop bar and reset after hang clean, but do not take more than 10sec before your next pull. Rest as needed between sets.
B.
8min EMOM:
3 ME Box Jumps
*These are NOT touch-n-go. Be conservative. Pick a height you know you can hit.
C.
3 Rounds of:
Min 1: 80-85% UB MUs
Min 2: Rest
Min 3: 20 Pistols (alt)
Min 4: Rest
*Be conservative on MUs, go to about 85% of ME then terminate set. So, if I know I can do 15 ME UB, then I would shoot for about around 12 per round.
