    E. 14:03 i am in pain from friday OPEX workout, did singles on bar MU because of arms.

    A. stayed at 95#. Was quite sore today.
    B. worked up to 165. Felt strong, but slooooooooow today.
    C. Last set was 145 for 3. Felt good.
    D. Skipped.
