sorry guys, too sore all over to do much of this today. i went, did mobility and at least tried.
A. got to 145lb. missed many reps before hand. PR is 170 so didnt even come close.
B. 210. didnt even try 225. pr is 235.
C and D didn’t happen. Having severe arm muscle pain.. i think its called the Brachioridalis muscle. pretty sure its from using too much arm on those hang cleans Saturday morning. overall i just felt like a big wuss today. i’ll fight again tomorrow.
