For those competing in Kentuckiana’s Fittest this weekend. We will train through Wednesday, take a rest day on Thursday, then have an active recovery day on Friday in preparation for the competition. We’ll post what to do specifically on the blog for the active recovery day.
For everyone else, follow the standard programming for the week.
