BOX NEWS

  • We will be open today from 7-10am for all athletes that signed up for the 12 Days of Christmas WODs. Unfortunately we will not be taking any drop-ins or have space for athletes to utilize Open Gym. If you are signed up for a Heat time please arrive 5 minutes early as we will be starting promptly at 7, 7:50, 8:40, and 9:30 in the LeanX room for your warm-up.

THIS WEEKS SCHEDULE 

  • Tuesday Closed 
  • Wednesday – 8 & 10am CrossFit, 9am LeanX, Open Gym 8 – 12, closing at Noon
  • Thursday – Regular Schedule remainder of the week
