25min AMRAP:
200m Run
20 Alt KB Deadlifts
20 Alt Reverse Lunges
20 TK Chest Throws
20 SA Ring Row (10r, 10l)
20 MB Sit-up Throws
*Self select KB Weight & Med-Ball Weight. This WOD is designed to train each primary movement pattern. Goal is light weight, and constant but crisp movement.

BOX NEWS

  • Strongman WOD this Sunday April 29th at 1pm. We’ll be hosting a Strongman WOD the last Sunday of every month throughout the summer.
