TEST WEEK MAKE-UP – If you missed M-W, or Fri/Sat you can make up that days workout today. Jump into class for a general warm-up and then the coach will guide you through the movements/WODs from whatever day you need to make up. If you made all 5 test days and just want to get in a good full body workout then see below:
