Looking for a fun winter activity to help your kids get active and beat the winter blues? Join us for a 2 Day camp, Sunday December 21st and Sunday December 28th, for 60 minutes each session at Four Barrel CrossFit. In this camp we will teach kids the fundamentals of everyday movements (pushing, pulling and squatting) used while playing with their friends. Our educated and experienced coaches will get your kids moving while having a blast.
